Terms and conditions of the Springleaf Competition

1. Prize includes: 1 case of Springleaf Iced Tea and delivery to an address nominated by the winner, anywhere in Australia.

2. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.

3. Entry is open to all residents of Australia who fill in the Rebalance e-zine form on the Springleaf website.

4. Prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash and needs to be taken within 12 months of the award date.

5. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, and its agencies associated with this promotion, are ineligible to enter.

6. Promotion commences monthly, with all entrants from the first of the prior month to the end of the prior month being drawn at random at Springleaf, corner Spring and Thomas St Birchgrove NSW, on the 5th business day of the current month.

7. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Only one entry permitted per reader. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.

8. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

9. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this competition is governed by the Privacy Notice (see below).
